Katherine Oglietti is a Social Performance Consultant for MIX in Washington, DC. She recently published a Spanish-language training manual on Community Banking based on her research and work experience as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nicaragua. She currently volunteers as Field Director for Help Educate, a non-profit that provides scholarships to university students in Nicaragua. She has studied philosophy at Whitman College, spanish language and history at the Fundación Ortega y Gasset in Toledo, Spain, and international development at the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University. She speaks Spanish and English.
